Anyway let’s get down to brass tacks:
- We do not have a minimum order policy, so you’re welcome to shop here even if you’re opting for the least expensive product.
- However, if your final purchase amount is anything less than Rs.500, a shipping charge of Rs.50 is applicable for every 500 grams.
- Shipping charges are applicable for both COD( Cash on delivery) and prepaid payments.
- The COD option is only available for purchases of Rs.200 and above.
- Any purchases below Rs.200 will have to be made via online payment(prepaid).
- An additional cash handling charge of Rs.30 is applicable for the COD option for purchases less than Rs.1000.

In case the product is out of stock:
On the off chance that a specific product you are interested in is shown as Out Of Stock, have no worries, we usually replenish it as soon as possible. You can, however, place a request for the product either by calling our customer care number, +91- 8123052510, or by reaching out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If it were up to us we would hand over the products to you as soon as the purchase is done with our patented interdimensional teleportation jumper, however getting a permit for hyperspeed travel within the city is quite a hassle.
Our operations run from Monday to Friday.
So as of now, orders placed before 11 am will be shipped on the same day, anything after that will be shipped on the next day. Orders placed on Sundays, Saturdays, or public holidays, will only be shipped on the next business day.
Orders are usually delivered within 4-7 business days, unexpected events such as a good old fashioned global pandemic, rioting, or mother nature going crazy, might cause a delay in the service. On such occasions, you will be informed of any changes.
We also offer dealership opportunities if you have a store and are keen to sell our products regularly. This also comes with additional benefits in terms of price margins and cross-promotions.

If the order has not been dispatched yet, we will go ahead with the cancellation, however, if it has been dispatched, do not accept the delivery and inform us of the same. We will handle the rest.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be directly credited to your bank account.
