All our products go through a 77-stage inspection process comprising of the most advanced technologies supervised by our team consisting of ex-pit-stop crew members of the Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1 team sourced directly from Italy. We’re probably gonna upgrade to the Red-Bull Racing team seeing how well Ferrari has been performing.

The return will be initiated once we approve the request.
Returns and exchanges will have to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions:
- The product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
- A wrong product is delivered.
- Requests have to be placed within 2 days of the product delivery.
- Returned items have to be unused, in their original boxes with all the tags intact.
The actual product color may vary depending on your screen brightness and resolution from the one displayed on the website.
To request a return or an exchange place an email to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, and you will be provided with a unique Air WayBill(AWB) number.
We would require you to send a picture of the damaged or wrong product to make it easier for us to process the return/exchange. You can attach the picture with the mail or WhatsApp us at our customer care number.
After this mail the product(s) in its original packaging including the proof of purchase and the AWB. Follow the procedure below for an easier process:

Once we receive the product and inspect its condition, a refund or exchange process will be initiated. It will take at least 7 days from the date of receiving to process the refund or exchange.
We will notify you once it has been done.
If a wrong or a damaged product has been delivered the mailing (courier) charges will be reimbursed.
If the product is being returned for a change in design or size, you will have to bear the mailing(courier) charges plus the return charges.
Once the refund has been initiated after a thorough inspection, the amount will be added to your Inline-4 wallet, which can be found on your account. You can use this amount to further purchase Inline-4 products.
