We try to deliver the best products to our consumers but if the consumer wants a return or exchange, he/she should raise the request either through Phone call-9035974769 or by Mail – firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the request is approved by us, the return will be initiated.

- If the product has a manufacturing defect
- If the product delivered isn’t matching the customer’s order.
- All returns must be postmarked within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address below. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, the return or exchange process will be initiated. It would take at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- If the product was returned due to any sort of product damage, then we will bear the delivery charges.
- If the product was returned for a change in design or size, then the delivery charges will have to be borne by the customer.
