Also, we’d require you to share pictures of the shipment and order for further verification, and we give out refunds for the following conditions only.

  1. The product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
  2. A wrong product is delivered.
  3. Requests have to be placed within 24 hours of the product delivery.
  4. Delivered items have to be unused, in their original boxes with all the tags intact.

 

If a wrong or a damaged product has been delivered the mailing (courier) charges will be reimbursed.

Once the refund has been initiated after a thorough inspection, the amount will be added to your Inline-4 wallet, which can be found on your account. You can use this amount to further purchase Inline-4 products.
