Shit happens! We at Inline-4 understand this and have structured our return policy keeping the customer’s interest in mind.
All our products go through a 77-stage inspection process comprising the most advanced technologies supervised by our team. The return will be initiated once we approve the request.
Terms & Conditions for Returns
Returns and exchanges will have to adhere to the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- Requests must be placed within 2 days of the product delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original boxes, with all tags intact.
Disclaimer: The actual product colour may vary depending on your screen brightness and resolution from the one displayed on the website. Colour variation is not a valid reason for return.
Return Process
To request a return or exchange, email our customer service at contact@inline4.in — you will be provided with a unique AirWayBill (AWB) number.
Please send a picture of the damaged or wrong product with your email (or via WhatsApp to our customer care number). Then mail the product in its original packaging with proof of purchase and the AWB number to:

Refunds & Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund or exchange will be initiated. Please allow at least 7 days from the date of receiving for the process to complete — we will notify you once it is done.
If a wrong or damaged product was delivered, mailing (courier) charges will be reimbursed.
If the product is being returned for a change in design or size, you will need to bear the mailing and return charges.
